Process System Isn't Responding

Hi,

My phone is freezing some times and it is showing a pop-up like "Process System Isn't Responding". Can you help me to resolve this problem.

This is freezing my phone so many time in a day. I am using coperta xa1 plus phone with android 8.0 OS.
