Well there was a camera lagging problem with my xperia xa ultra so i decided to do a factory reset.... After I've done that most of my pictures and videos on sd card aren't working as they have a size on sd card but cant be opened. I tried to open them by my computer but with no help they can't be opened also on computer
I tried to search many forums I didn't find a solve to my problem
