Hi @Jan-Matt, welcome to our forum!

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question completely, do you want to set the check frequency in the Email application to Push? If that is correct, open up the Email application and tap the three lines in the top left corner > Settings > tap the cogwheel next to your Email address > "Check frequency" change this to "Push".
