Slow charge more than 6 h

I buy my phone six months ago. Now it started charging very slowly. Does anybody know what is it due to?

Have you tested different usb cables and/or wall chargers?

Hi @Gio6, sorry to hear about this.

As @uliwooly wrote, testing with another cable or charger is a good place to start. Make sure that you are charging the device using a wall mounted charger as that will be faster than charging it using a USB port on for example, a computer.

You can also either try charging the device when it's powered off or when rebooted in safe mode, so we can see if there is any downloaded application that is causing the device to charge slower than before.
