Software repair froze

Hello, I would like to know what procedure I should do in the following situation, I was updating my F3216 model device and during software repair the system froze on the computer does not advance is about 15% at about 3 hours is this normal or should I restart the process?

If the software repair has frozen and been stuck like that for that long I would suggest cancelling, then restarting the software repair. 

The time it takes to complete this process does vary as it depends on a number of things including internet connection however 3 hours is our of the ordinary.
