Something is bad with my Xperia XA

Since 3 weeks ago, my cell phone change automatically goes up or down in volume. I put my cell phone in do not disturb mode and minutes later it changes to noise. Help me please

Hi @Itze0106,

I'm sorry to hear this. I would recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I would also recommend that you make sure you check the No time limit box when you enable Do not disturb in your device.
