Sony Xperia XA Dual sim issues in Display ,call volume and battery heating

Hi Sony ,

Sony mobile is very trusted brand undoublty because alreay i am using sony mobile phone from starting and no issues created . But now i am little bit dispointed about sony xperia , i have purchased SONY XPERIA XA DUAL 25 days before and after 15 days creating many problems , battry heating , call volume slow and louder automatically , display blling automatically and major proble is when i was on call suddenly lots of white lines on display and all function stated auto working , called customer support they told me reset and reboot your mobile , I did but problem not solved .

Please help as soon as possible , hope you can better service for your valuable customer .

Because the phone is only new, you may wish to discuss your options with the retailer you purchased the handset from, or contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
