After I updated my Xperia, everytime my phone rings or an alarm rings it only vibrates while i'm sure the ringer and alarm volume are set to maximum, same goes with playing music and videos. Any idea how I can fix this?
Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the speakers, this most likely it's a hardware issue rather than software, you could repair the phone with XC >>> Xperia Companion but at the end of the day you might want to contact your Local support
