Sound not working on podcast YouTube snspchat ect

My speakers are not working when I view YouTube, listen to podcasts and Watching snaps... I have tried turning on/off, trouble shooting, been to all settings. Turning volume up and Down while playing content. Nothing works. Sound is fine in Calls and notifications.. Help??

Hi @Michrlle, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your sound.

Can you please test if YouTube will work while in safe mode? You won't be able to test Snapchat while in safe mode but testing YouTube should give us a better understanding of what is happening.

Thanx. Youtube does not work in safemode. As I said I have tried every move I could find online. Very frustrating.

Among your testing have you attempted a software repair using Xperia Companion? If not, I recommend you give it a go.
