Swipe to unlock

Xperia XA1. I have to swipe 3-4 times to have the screen open to pad to enter code, very annoying. Any work around this. Android 8.0

Mine is the same  Swift key has gone to absolute pot as well. I have to individually type every key rather t than use the continuous touch function. Effectively rendering the app useless 

Have to admit, this phone is probably the worst android phone I've ever used. Very poor indeed. Wish I could return it.

I have the same problem and it's very annoying!! Will there be an update to fix this?

I have been facing the same problem since oreo update..In nougat it wss working fine!

I had the same problem, and it disapperead once I disabled the Resize screen option here:

1. Find and tap Settings > One-handed operations.
2. Tap the Resize screen slider to enable or disable the function.

Now it works perfectly!
