The various problems on this equipment (please open and see)

Good afternoon

I have this phone for about 2 months, and I am very unhappy with it, it was the worst purchase I have made since I have a SmartPhone, and with almost 30 years I have always used the Sony brand as a mobile device, having had the last of the Xperia line

The mobile phone is even reasonably good, good size, screen, battery, speaker and a few more points

Now it has left practically at the beginning of the year and has not been given any support to the equipment, besides there is a small community with this model, Sony practically launched and forgot this phone completely, nor the minimum support of 6 months gave

There are many software errors:

- Problems with the mobile network, until recently had no problems and it sometimes turns off the mobile data, just running the normal network, so the solution is to go to the network settings and switch the network to 3G only, and then when it activates switching back to the default 4G network, it's horrible to be running out of data every day for no apparent reason
- The proximity detector on call is horrible, after about 10 seconds of being on call the screen starts to become sensitive to the point of turning the screen on and off, and consequently we have the ear to click the buttons, to hold the call, to off, to put the mobile phone in flight mode etc etc
- FM radio, one of the reasons I choose Sony phones is to have the snapdragom as a processor, and in this equipment it just DOES NOT WORK, on all broadcast stations, even with good quality it is always giving intervals of time like I was stations are being searched, this function is completely disabled.
- On call again, even locking the device, it turns the screen on and off alone, even with earphones or loudspeakers
- When charging in Quick charge 3.0 (official Sony charger, NOT INCLUDED), the mobile phone shows delay when working on it, not responding to the touch with the desired precision, for example when writing a message is much slower, having to click the letters slowly to write the words

Other aspects is such a recent mobile phone still in the version of Android 8.0 and by the data already released by Sony is not a device that will receive the 9.0

It was the last time I bought a Sony phone, I never thought of a company of this prestige that was even giving a reasonable support for the previous version of my equipment, which was a Xperia z5 Compact, with this only took one or two security updates without correction of whatever

I ask the moderators of this forum, who see this topic, try to explain what is going on, as they help us with other doubts, contact the Staff and responsible of Sony to demonstrate these problems that occur, I still hope they are all corrected in a single update

Greetings

@Infusion

I see that you've posted on the Proximity sensor topic

/t5/Xperia-XA2/Proximity-sensor-issue-during-call/td-p/1307695

and FM radio

Regarding the data:

Are you running of your monthly data or do you lose 3G/4G coverage?

Yes I already posted on several topics, but I spoke with Sony support and they did nothing, there are no solutions and we stay with a defective equipment

As for the 3G / 4G, it loses coverage, it is always activated, I never had problems with it, and this xperia xa2 simply loses coverage, even with the activated data off

When I detect that they have disconnected, I have to go to network settings - mobile networks - preferred network type, and change to 3g (default)
And it restores available data, then switches back to 4G (default) and it resets to 4G

It's simply a software bug because this has never happened to me with any equipment

Greetings

@Infusion

have you tested the device in >>> safe mode for several hours? have you tested a different SIM card?
