Unfortunately, Settings Screen Has Stopped Working

After the most recent update on my XA Ultra, the settings screen has stopped working then crashes. Anyone else having this issue besides me? Never seen nor had any error messages appeared until recently updating my phone. I also noticed that it's running Sort of sluggish.

Sorry to hear about that, must be frustrating!

So to clarify you cannot get in to the settings menu on your phone at all is that right? Or are you getting an error message advising settings has stopped and then it crashes even when you aren't attempting to use the settings menu?

Can you test in safe mode and see if you have the same problem.

Hello Chloe, 

     Thank you for replying to my post. I apologize I should have been more specific. I don't have any problems getting inside the Settings screen. I went from Settings > Lock Screen & Security > Device Administrators > Android Device Manager (when I execute this App, this is when the error message pops up "Unfortunately, Settings Has stopped." 

     Is it because I once had it activated in the AVG Protection software trial and didn't deactivated it before uninstalling the AVG App to factory version? At the time, I was running low in disk space and had to remove several Apps to free up some room. 

     BTW, there seems to be a problem with the "photos uploading options" screen. Nothing happens when I tap on the screen.  I just tried uploading the screenshot photos regarding this post.

     Sorry I forgot to ask, how do I test in safe mode? Oh and another question, how do I go about getting to the Android Setup menu if I were to want to clear out the Cache Partition on my Sony Xperia? I know how to do it on my other Samsung, LG.. devices. My Xperia is a higher end phone and more expensive, I just don't want to *bleep* it up. Thanks.
