VoLte issue in XA1

Xperia xa1.  G3116

I have Vodafone 4G and Jio VoLte 

1. Sim 1 is jio &  Sim 2 is Vodafone 

2. Sim1 now set to jio sim.if now

I disconnect the data.  Then phone restart and show VoLte against jio. 

But if I again switch one the data.  It again restart. 

I have reset my phone.  But problem not resolved. Even single sim it is same just restart when I switch on or off the data with jio Sim. 

For single 4g Vodafone no problem. 

Please let me know what to do?

I have a XA1 Plus Dual Sim, but the situation may be same.
if you go to *#*#7378423#*#* > Service info > Software info under Current Modem Config if you have Vodafone LTE On, it has the default config, but if you have Jio LTE On, then the config changes to a Jio Specific Config, one of the reasons why the phone restarts when we change the settings between Vodafone and Jio, it needs to reload the Modem config file.
