My phone shut off for no apparent reason and would not turn on. It is less than 1 year old so warranty should cover it.I am from Canada so bought XA1 Plus in Amazon canada, now customer service of Sony is saying they can do nothing for me bacause the model of my phone is launched in USA. For them to fix my phone, I am supposed to have an address in USA. What are my other options aside from giving an USA address which I am not planning to have in this lifetime?
Its a software problem I guess, tell them to re flash firmware under paid service, they will do it.if it fails may be it will be hardware related,but 99%it will be software's
