Just got my handset back from warranty repair, the issue I had was loud static noise in the background of all videos captures. They did some tests, no repair and sent it back to me. With the issue still there!!! I am confused why they have not repaired it. I contacted customer support they apologised and now want me to open another repair request, then send it back. I paid £9 special delivery to Sony for the first repair so my phone was covered for any damage in transit. I am fuming, does anyone have a contact for anyone so I can resolve this issue. I am considering contacting trading standards.
