White screen when unlocking / advertising

Ik krijg 'n wit / reclame scherm als ik de aan/uit knop. Moet het dan eerst klikken voordat ik bij mijn apps kan. 

WWie kan mij erbij helpen. 

I get a white / advertising screen when I press the on / off button. Do you have to click first before I can access my apps.

Who can help me with it.
