My XA ultra is locked in reboot mode tried holding power button and the up volume button until it vibrated, phone shut off then went back to locked reboot. Also tried letting battery drain all the way down nothing worked HELP

What if you remove both SIM and SD cards > charge it for 1hr > repair it with XC
