Hi Sony Support,
I'm a huge xperia fan, way back I had arc s and now i just got this xa ultra as a 2nd hand bought today.
The phone battery is at 14% when it shuts down, I'm charging it for almost 30 mins. And it's still in 1%...
I've also noticed that my prepaid credit is being charged even if im using wifi and the data icon keeps on popping up top even though it's turned off.
Sony support guys, please help me on this. Really appreciate your help on this.
