can anyone help?, My XA1 ultra camera and flashlight suddenly stopped working, tried factory reset and still not working, phone has been sent off for repair ( not yet 12 months old). the strange thing is that I took the sim out and put it in my old Experia Z3 and that now has exactly the same problem. I have been told it's not possible to be a fault with the sim causing this problem. Any ideas ??
