so here's my problem, my device simple won't turn on (or off?) whenever i press the power button there's a green notificaiton light and if i hold the button the light flashes already tried reset method, 2min reset method and software fix but i can't even conect to the sotfware also when i plug it in the charger or pc the light keep flashing. what does it means and how to fix it
