Xperia XA The ringtone sound is muted

My Xperia XA does not sound when I receive a call, but when I restart the cellphone it sounds again for a few days. 

I would appreciate any help. Thank you

Welcome to the community.

Do you have a scheduled Do Not Disturb enabled? You can check this under Settings > Sound & Notification > Do Not Disturb.

Alarms only.. All sounds disabled end now. Can't stop this,?

Hi @Freckphil, welcome to the community.

If you cannot disable Do Not Disturb try to set a schedule for it to end 2 minutes after you set it. This usually works.
