Are you doing anything specific in the device when it restarts, for example playing a game or using an application/service?

A defect SIM and/or SD card can cause the device to restart, so try removing both of them and see if the restarts continue. You can of course use another SIM card in the device as well and just remove the SD card.

Dear Support,

I have bought 6 units for professional use and 1 for private usage.

Unfortunately all 7 are experiencing the same problems, when using for example: google maps and spotify at the same time while switching between the two applications the telephone can crash.

Google maps + receiving a normal call can also cause this crash.

I think it has to do with switching between applications.

If you could resolve this issue with a small patch it would do wonders, because we are having a team of technicians that are very unhappy with their phones.
