Xperia XA1 Touch Screen Not Working Properly, Issue Reoccuring

Hi I have my Sony Xperia XA1 in warranty and I have got it repaired Twice for the same issue of "Touchscreen Failure". Mostly upper right part of the Screen and Edges doesn't  to work at all. And gradually after time whole screen touhc doesn't responf at all. I have raised complaint at Sony Service Team as well but no one seems to support in this matter. They have prototype answers like "submit your hansdet to nearest Service center". My question is Why is the issue occuring again. Either Sony Service team is repairing with faulty spares or This is problem with the handset model istelf.

Can anyone guide me to escalate this to higher level OR any other help to resolve this issue.

Worst Mobile Ever
Just Good in look but there is worst touch ever
I change my touch pad two times at sony center but still in display all corners are not working as well as 
P,L,M,Back Space and many thing not working on that mobile.
There is no color effect on camera too. Don't know why You sony take too much cost for that worst mobile.Why????
There is no any way to resolve this issue.


I suggest don't buy this mobile.
