So my Xperia XA2 froze so I did what I have done in the past and pressed the up volume button and on/off button at the same time. It then started to restart but it is now stuck on the logo screen. I have tried multiple times to restart it but it doesn't work. I have tried using Companion, but the software repair keeps having an error. PLEASE HELP!!
