Camera or/Flash problem

Last couple of weeks I got my new Xperia Z. In the first 2 days when I clicked few pics in the night with lowlight, I am seeing extra white or smokey layer appearing only on the bottom of the picture and the upper picture looks fine. And but I clicked the samething in lighted area picture are coming good. I tried it again again in the lowlight or night pictures are having extra white or smokey effect in bottom of picture. Anyone can you please advise me is it any problem with the flash or camera. And any suggestion on how to improve the quality of pics when using in the dark or night time.

there are other threads on the same topic, the issue is something covering the flash and/or too close to the camera, either you have a protecting film on the back that cover the flash, I've seen this before, remove it or cut a whole around the flash then re-apply it.
