Right so far here are some high graphic capability android games that work in 21:9 ratio with no issues.
By the way if you have some games to add, please reply and I will update the main list.

The Room Three works. When using "the eyepiece" the silhouette expands to the edges of the screen, but it's not a big issue.

Digi squad
Remixed Dungeon
Don´t Starve
Crossy Road
Hearthstone - only small sidebars
South Park: Phone Destroyer
Minecraft
Badland
Robotek
brawl stars
* Where's My Water (some UI elements appear too big, but the main graphics render correctly in 9:21)
* Microsoft Solitaire Collection
Black Desert Mobile
It took me till now to realize Dynamic Vibration doesn't acivate for games. I was playing "Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight" and thought the sound wasn't that punchy, so tried to activate Dynamic Vibration, but no go.
With all this Game Enhancer app going on it would be z' option.
It definitely works on YouTube...

During the Xperia 10 II announced their new collaborative mobile game sponsor w/ Call of Duty: Mobile. Now playable with a PS4 console controller. No need for sketchy a 3rd party mapping app.
It's been long I played android games, but if I can remember, almost all android games work in 21:9 format. I've played some like angry birds, sniper 3D, score hero, crazy taxi, and soooo many more. I can't even remember the rest, honestly. And all those games I played, if I can clearly remember, are all in 21:9 format. One thing I hate and can't forget about Android games is those damn ads. I ditched Android games for PC games which are, of course, better. But I was gifted a ps4 recently, and ever since I got it, I've been trying to learn how to monetize my gaming skills. I've read one on https://yourmoneygeek.com/how-to-make-money-playing-video-games/, and I've researched all the options they gave, but they are not as easy as they seem, honestly. Because what I see is that solely playing games from morning till night is a pure waste of time and my future.
