Hello,
The fingerprint scanner on the Xperia never worked as it should (at least on my device), but now it seems to be completely removed from my Xperia 1 settings > security menu. I don't know if the phone had a iris-scanner as wel, but if so, it's gone too. The only available security options left are: Patern, Swype, PIN and Password.
I already contacted Xperia Care by phone and the only thing they come up with is reset the phone to factory settings.
Does anyone here have the same issues with their Xperia 1 2019 phone?
