Headphone offer

Hi. Applied for my offer on 18th june. I am still waiting for my headohones. Why is there such a delay? I was really looking forward to trying them and was one of the reasons i chose the new xperia 1 ii.

Because they informed you on the site, in large print, NOT to apply, until you had the phone for 14 days.

So it may have negated you applying.

best you can do is email them on their support address, which is in the offer page.

Right above where you enter the IMEI number:

Please do not claim until 14 days after you have received your handset.
If your redemption is successful you will receive your free gift within 28 days.

So add 14 days onto the day you received it(which would make it the 2nd July), and add up to 28 extra days for delivery,  for that.(30th July), and that's if you were selected first, or indeed not stuck to the back of a queue because you never waited.

Actually they stated 2 dates on the redemption.

They said "do not claim until 14 days after"

But also said

"Claims can be made from the 18th june until 30th July"

I put mine in on the day it was released and have been told my claim is already validated, in fact if people havent heard anything so far, their claim too is validated as exertis is now aiming to dispatch all headphones at the end of this week coming.

It has nothing to do with claim date, it's that exertis has been waiting on the headphone stock from Sony to dispatch.
