First try a software update with Xperia Companion.
If that doesn't help try a software repair with Xperia Companion.
It will bring you to the latest software version.
If that doesn't work either then take up contact with Sony support (through the Support app) and ask about software updates for your device.
Maybe your phone isn't included yet because of region or whatever.
Sony support is able to tell you.
