There are now two updates for the Sony Xperia 1 II, i think the first one was a security update, the second one, i do not know, in USA they think a WLAN update.
Where are the changelogs? The link in the update information is a dead link.
Checking Xperia blog it is reported that it's a small bug fix without too much extra information.
