Hi all,
please, do you anybody know, how to set up the phone for using mobile data form SIM2 (eSIM), when I am phone call on SIM1? I can only use data from SIM1, when I call on SIM1.
Thank you.
Hey @zavovi, you can turn on the "Data during calls" function of the SIM for calling to be able to perform data communications during phone calls (Settings> network & internet > SIMs > Data preference)
Hello @Piscie , I tried it. But Then I saw, that data is available only from SIM for calling (there are data disabled by operator), and data SIM is still not working during the call.
Hey zavovi, I'm just making sure that I have the right understanding here.
So you have a physical SIM card in slot 1, and an eSIM. You want the data to work on the eSIM while you're on a call on SIM1?
And I'm not sure if I get the second reply, is there some sort of restriction on the data on SIM1?
Also, are both SIMs with the same operator? And where are you based?
Hello @HannahEd01,
Thank you for the reply.

YES.

I am in Czech republic. Both SIMs are from Czech operator. The eSIM is T-Mobile and SIM1 is Tesco Mobile (hosted on O2 network). Both sims are prepaid (not paid every month) and both sims are available for data and calling, but I blocked data on SIM1 (not paid for data).
Thank you very much for the help.
Hello @zavovi, the eSIM functions are similar to the physical one, so if you disabled the data on the physical sim, you should be able to enable the data usage on eSIM from SIM settings on the phone. Have you been facing this issue since day 1? Also have you been in touch with your operator regarding this before?
