how to turn on wifi calling? the wifi calling button is missing on my phone

i don't see the wifi calling on my phone. anyone know how to enable wifi calling on xperia 10 plus?

Hi @Steve3737, sorry for the late reply, I have been on vacation.

Is there some kind of list on their website where they list which models that support Wi-Fi calling in their network? Here in the Nordics, every operator have a list of devices that supports VoLTE and VoWi-Fi in their network with the Nordic firmware/software.

As I wrote in my previous post, the device supports the feature, but it has to be enabled in the software for the specific operator and they need to have it requested from Sony that it should be enabled.

Try contacting BT again and ask if you can speak to someone that is in charge of Wi-Fi calling and he/she can hopefully provide a more clear answer to if it is supposed to work, or they are working on having it activated.
