I know that Netflix and Youtube have the pinch to zoom so that a video will fill the whole screen, I think Youtube does this the best. But amazon prime seems to have double black bars for some movies and tv shows but not others and using the zoom function sometimes works but it crops the video even if it is already 21:9.
eg. playing die hard on amazon prime will have black bars at the top, bottom and the sides even though it is 21:9, and using zoom (if it works) crops the video quite abit. This might just be a problem with the prime video app but is really annoying.
