A7iii clicks twice and takes two pictures

Hello, my new A7iii has started taking two pictures every time I press the shutter.  The camera fires twice with a single operation of the shutter release button.  The camera is set to single shot.  It seems to happen more if the camera is moving slightly or when trying to do 'in camera motion blur'.
