Hi everyone:
Purchased a 16-35GM lense from Jessop during the winter cashback offer period.
Did everything it asked for the claim. Never got any reply so I emailed and asked.
Sony emailed back saying I submitted the claim for my A7R3, not the lens?
And they send an email a long time ago notifying me this but I got no email whatsoever?
I got the claim submitted confirmation email but can't get the result email?
Found it a bit bizarre that a company like Sony would try to cheat like this.
Anyone know if there is anything can be done?
Always been a Sony fan so this hurts.
