Apps for A7iii

I saw a video last night of a gent using a Sony App on his camera that allowed him to add an ND effect to the sky in his landscape images in camera and adjust its placement on the LCD, the camera then took 2 images and saved the file as a RAW.

Is this available for the A7iii and is there anyone on the forum using this, If so can you share your thoughts please?

I suspect they are not available for the current line of A7iii's / A9.

I do hope that Sony will introduce / release versions for the new range of iii's.

It certainly got my interest so a little sad it does not work with the iii series / A9, perhaps Sony will resolve this in the near future.

Hi Ian,

It seems like the camera is not compatible with PlayMemories camera apps in the first place so there isn't a way to get it on the 7M3 at the moment.

I thought that might be the case as the 7Riii / A9 also face the same issues.

Let's hope Sony pulls their relevant fingers out and resolve the issues.
