Error while trying to updste

I'm trying to set up my phone on my a6000, I have registered and can connect to the internet via WiFi or hotspot, I keep getting the same message"an error occured while performing this operation" this is so annoying and should be more user friendly, can anyone help

I've worked it out guys, you need to register your credit card on the Sony entertainment network, then it works. It would be useful if there were instructions advising of this.
