Sony a6000 file size

Hello!
I have a Sony a6000. I have a problem that the image files are too small. I have been shooting raw but the files are only like 1600x1080. I can't find any setting for this either, but in raw the files should be much larger, right?
I use the imaging edge mobile to transfer photos, is that the issue or is there a camera setting i've missed?

hello and welcome i  dont think the app can transfer raw only do jpg i will try and explain    -i believe if you select original size in the app and you only shoot raw and you dont  have           jpg in the camera all you are receiving is  2mpx  from the raw file  i think you can shoot raw and jpg you will now get 24-6000-4000 pixels  i hope this helps good luck    madge 115

You can also check the Quality, Size and Aspect ratio settings on the camera.
