I submitted claim this morning and received Claim ID confirmation email, however, when I try to check the status using Model Number and the provided Claim ID I receive an error message that says : Please check the following errors: Claim Invalid.
Anyone else having this issue?

I think if you give it enough time it will reflect on the system. I'm willing to bet that if you try again now you will get back the claim status rather than an error message.

Did you receive any email confirmation about the claim? Did you try a different web browser to check the claim status?

Hi,
I did receive an email from Sony saying my claim was successful and that it would take up to 28 days to reach my account. I can’t however check the status online as I still keep getting the error message “This claim ID is invalid”. It is most probably a glitch or a browser issue as you pointed out.
