I am a lover of vintage lenses.. how or do you set steady shot length on a zoom lens ..70.. 350 its a carl zeiss jena praktica.. thanks .
Hi Tommy,
Welcome to the Community.
It's best to check in with Sony Support about this.
Thanks,
Pascale
I love using vintage lenses on the Sony cameras, adding image stabilisation to a lens that was made way before anyone could even think of such a thing - brilliant!
As the lens has no communication with the camera, you will have to input the appropriate focal length manually. I've found it best to add Steadyshot to the Fn menu for quick access. With a zoom lens you'll need to change the setting whenever you zoom, so best use it like a variable prime and preset the focal length first.
