Bravia Factory Reset

I have a 55” Sony Bravia don’t know model it’s mounted on wall and cannot get to it and nobody can visit house to help because of COVID but it’s about 7-8yrs old

What happened is that not used for years turned it on but it went into Software update mode and I cannot get out of it whatever I try.

I have attached pictures of buttons on back, what screen is showing and also the remote to see if anybody can help

I think you're referring to a continuous reboot loop, which is an old software issue.

Check out this article, I recognized the button array on the back of the TV, hope it helps!

Thanks sorted now I downloaded the latest software to usb and installed it from the usb onto the tv
