Complaints Team for exhanges / repairs

Hi

Can someone based in the UK please help me!

Sony have approved an exchange for my KD-55A1 and have sent it to an approved service centre to arrange the exchange.

The service centre have contacted me to say they don't cover this area. I have called Sony on 020 7365 2810 who basically said they were lying and they do cover this area leaving me in the middle. Can someone please help on who to contact - all I need is the agreed exchange to be delivered!

You would think so wouldn't you. You just get through to a very rude agent, who said the repair centre were liars! I was supposed to get a call back within the hour .. that was 4 hours ago.

I have emailed Steve Dalton direct now. It really shouldn't be this hard for a consumer to complain. All I want is my tv delivered!
