I followed each step but I cannot download Sony Channel Editor  (Windows). What I need to do? I have Java on my computer.

Did you scroll through the EULA?

I've downloaded the editor some seconds ago without any issues.

I also can't download the channel editor and firmware update. The web page is broken !! I downloaded through Chrome, but to download I looked at the page code and looked for a line of code where the ZIP file is indicated

I faced this problem too! After confirming the EULA, the download does not occur, does not redirect to the download file. An error on the site.
