Bought this tv year and a half ago along with HT-CT390 sound bar which came free with the tv. What a waste of money(£1540 of it)! Yesterday (14.06.18) on the first day of world cup tv packed it in, no power at all, phoned sony 'oh yeah we're aware that there's circuit board issue with that model', well then why did you not recall the bloody thing and offer a repair or replacement as I had the products registered? It's been collected today for repair as it came with 5 years warranty but that didn't matter as sony knew the problem and they admitted, been told could take up to seven working days which means will miss almost half the world cup. Also reading some other problems posted here about this particular model this will not be the end of it. And yes the soundbar is good when it's working, almost daily occurance now subwoofer disconnects itself from the main unit for no reason. Shame on you Sony, you're long way away from your rivals in terms of quality and customer service. For all you care I will never ever spend my hard earned money on another Sony product and advice others to stay away from them. Also two of my kids had Sony xperia mobiles couple of years ago, both phones developed software problems they couldn't wait to get rid of.

I was one of the lucky ones, my retailer changed my 55XD9305 for a 55XE9305 without question.
