KD A1 65 horizontal black line on screen

Hello.

I have a 4 year old TV. I love it, but today a thin black horizontal line has appeared across the screen, about a third of the way down. 

I have switched off, completed a factory reset, disconnected the cables, dusted....all to no avail.

Please can anyone suggest a solution? Not too impressed considering the price of the TV!
