This TV is appalling it should not be associated with Sony.

Switched to an HD terrestrial channel—no sound, OK on SD channels and Set Top Box, had do a restart to get sound back. Another time selected BBC iplayer no sound on TV, OK through Set Top Box. Restart did not rectify it, had to do a power down - disconnect from mains to clear problem. The TV is very unpredictable you cannot sit down and enjoy a program without some issue happening. It is just one issue after another. Only bought in November 2020 if it carries on it will be going and another make will be purchased.

Very very disappointed with Sony ---- never again will buy their products.
