I want to complain about Sony customer services. I have been emailing and sending in pictures around a faulty AF8 Sony OLED tv. I keep getting told to wait a week while pictures and videos get looked into.I have now had enough. Please can someone advise how I go about complaining?
poor picture quality, keep getting green screen with line down the side and the tv
will randomly shut down when I eventually get a picture, and when I do get a picture it is very poor quality. This has been going on for over 3 months and no resolution. Enough is enough. Dreadful service. If Sony read this it’s case number21863252. I am cutting my losses this weekend and going out to buy a replacement which I can assure will not be a Sony TV.
