Hi,
I recently bought the KD-55XH9005BU model. I noticed some shadows on the corners when there's white or lighter image on the screen. Do you think that's normal or should I contact to technical service?
There's a certain extent to which this will appear on any LCD/LED panel. It's just a byproduct of the technology and you'd be very hard pressed to find a manufacturer that has 0 tolerance for it. But there's a limit to how much of it is acceptable and I guess this is within tolerance.
i have this problem too
I have this too.
As already mentioned this is a byproduct of the technology used.
I just didn't expect them on my Sony BRAVIA XH90 TV.
On my TV these shadows are 3cm/1inch long so on a 75 inch TV it's not that noticeable, but they're still there.
Hi yani2000, this is a normal phenomenon, there's an article talking about it: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-oled-tvs-android-/kd-55af9/article...
Just try to decrease the effect, the tech will remains the same on any TV. Or you can invest in an OLED.
