I fact I did not have the problem UNTIL I did a factory re-set, following contact with You View's advice when I could not see any info there in HD mode.

Hi, what's the model that you've? Maybe I can help. Also what's the software version on your TV? Do you get the same error message as the others? Are you using Wi-Fi or LAN? sorry for the so many questions Just trying to be helpful. You may also check something called Android Core version if your TV is an Android. And check the time is right: Go to settings -scroll down to System Preferences- select Date & time -select Use Network Time.

Check your hub WPS is linking to your smart TV, by pressing the WPS on hub and at the same time, go to settings on smart Sony TV to make sure you are on the correct input settings by selecting Digital and you should be good to go

Does this happen on a hotspot as well? Or if possible, wired vs WiFi or a different network of any kind?
