Bluetooth headset doesn't work in downloaded apps

Just Bought a C5 Xperia and got update 5.1 lolipop, 2 days ago bought MBH20 to go with my C5, Using it its on phone calls is fine, but when I use it on Whatsup voice call it stop working, BBM voice call, Line same problem, I do not know it is the Bluetooth incompebility or something, I tried on my friends Sony Z3, it just works fine with voice call on whats up.

Did repairing the Software, but no help, I do not know whats wrong with it, anybody has the same problem? or any setting should I know about?

Would it be possible for you to take a log file from your phone after trying to use the bluetooth headset for calls in 3:rd party apps and send it to me?

I will forward it internally to see if it's something that can be improved from our end.

To do this:
Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number

Go back and select Developer options and turn on "USB debugging"

Restart your phone

Try calling using 3:rd party apps

Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report". When the report is ready (takes a minute or so) tap the notification and share it to Google Drive and then send me a link in a private message.

Is there a solution at this? I am not able to replicate the issue at all. The only thing the came in my mind is that Google now is using the Bluetooth stack to manage voice control and like in the camera app other apps are not able to get a hold of it or that the stereo Chinese Bluetooth headset is too cheap to support all Bluetooth protocols.

Without a log from the phone, i'm afraid it's hard to say what the cause could be.

As you say, a possible reason is that another app is currently using it.

If you want you can upload the log on google drive and share the link to download it here, I can gave a look and see if the fault is of the Bluetooth device, the C5 or the application.
